Starting Sunday, January 22, we are scaling back how we do Fellowship Hour and what we are asking of volunteers. Instead of volunteers being responsible for providing food and beverages, we are asking for 3 volunteers a week to work together to put out cold beverages, coffee and cups (plus cleanup).
If you are currently familiar with how to use the coffee percolators and the dishwasher, then you can make coffee and use coffee mugs/cups. If you are not, cold beverages and disposable cups are fine for now.
In the coming weeks we are going to be putting together tutorial videos for how to make coffee and use the dishwasher as well as where things are located in the kitchen.
This decision was made in an attempt to get a consistent schedule of Fellowship Hour volunteers. Our hope is that with these videos and written instructions, more people will be willing to volunteer. You can find written instructions on how to make coffee and run the dishwasher here. They are also located in the kitchen.
