Directions

Our Google Maps link offers you door-to-door directions for driving, walking, biking, or public transit.

From south, north or west:

Route 3 (Everett Turnpike) to Exit 7 East (NH Route 101A, Amherst Street, toward downtown Nashua). Go east on Amherst Street for 1.2 miles to the monument (on the left) and traffic light at Main Street, a five-street intersection. Stay in the left hand lane as the right hand lane is for right turns only onto Main Street and go straight through the intersection. You are now on Lowell Street, a one-way street only three blocks long. The church is at the bottom of the hill, where Lowell intersects with Canal street. Bear left at the light onto Canal Street and take the first right into the large parking lot for Margarita’s Restaurant. Park at the east end of the lot, beyond the Jersey barriers, as the restaurant may tow non-patrons parked nearer the restaurant.

From east:

Cross the Merrimack River into Nashua from Hudson on the Route 111 bridge. Stay in the right lane on the bridge, bearing right onto Bridge Street. Bridge Street becomes Canal Street. Travel on Canal Street past BAE Systems (with a pedestrian bridge overhead). A few blocks later, turn left just past a gas station into the large parking lot for Margarita’s Restaurant. Park at the east end of the lot, beyond the Jersey barriers, as the restaurant may tow non-patrons parked nearer the restaurant.

Entrances

During the week:

We have two entrances with a doorbell, which is best during the week.

  • The Grove Street entrance. Please come to the door by the playground equipment. You will find a door bell on the left side of the door frame. Please ring it to get our attention.
  • The Main Entrance (in the front).  This door is located at the top of the walkway and stairs from Canal St. to the building.  It is a gray door in the glass windowed building.  Ring the doorbell to the right.

Sunday Mornings or for Other Events:

When events are held in the Sanctuary (for worship, weddings, memorials, and more), all doors are unlocked. The door closest to the Chapel on the Grove Street side of the building will be locked after 10:00am for security purposes. Please use the entrance closer to the playground if you are arriving from this direction.

Where Do I Park?

We are a downtown location and have very limited on-site parking in our two parking lots.

Lemon Street Lot

There are 7 spaces on the west side of our facility and 1 accessible parking spot (coming from the west on Lowell Street, turn left on Lemon Street, the parking lot is on the right).

Grove Street Lot

During the week this lot is not available until 2pm.

There are 17 spaces both outside and inside the gate.  There are dedicated accessible parking spaces inside the gate and an additional 6 spaces inside the gate for our mobility impaired members and friends on Sunday Mornings. During evening church events that take place in the Faith Formation Wing this is a good parking lot to use.

(On the east side of our facility;  approach from Whitney Street and turn south on Grove Street, a one-way street down to Canal Street).

During the winter two spaces are lost due to snow.

Margarita’s/BAE Lot

We recommend guests who are not mobility impaired park across the street from the church in the BAE Lot past the Margarita’s parking spaces. Please park past the barrier that delineates the restaurant parking from the BAE parking.

Walk across the Canal street to the front entrances. There are doorbells at the Faith Formation wing (brick building) and Parish House (white building on the right). On Sundays the sanctuary doors are open.

There is also limited on street parking on Canal Street and in front of the church on Lowell Street.

Main Entrance

The Main Entrance is located at the front of the building facing Canal St.  The Main Entrance is the gray and glass building.  There is a doorbell at this door for use during business hours.
