Auction Donations

DONATE ITEMS TO THE 2026 AUCTION!

Your support is vital to the success of our event.

We are seeking donations of items with broad appeal in the four categories below with a minimum value of $20.

Activities & Experiences

  • Lessons (singing, instruments, cooking, knitting, art, etc…)
  • Themed parties (murder mystery, spa day, board games, etc…)
  • Guided hikes (birdwatching, foraging, etc…)
  • Guided tours (history, art, etc…)

Food

  • Themed Dinners (BBQ, iron chef, make-your-own pasta or sushi, etc..)
  • Baked goods (chocolate, fudge, etc…)
  • Bake a birthday cake
  • Valentine’s Day cookies for someone you love

Artwork, Music & Crafts

  • Custom artwork/portrait, fiber arts, pottery, or jewelry
  • Handmade chalices
  • Writing a song for you
  • Pack of handmade cards
  • Live music for your event

Services

  • Care package for someone you love
  • Pet or child sitting
  • Tech help
  • Airport pickups/drop offs or chauffeur/car needs
  • Moving help or handyperson Help

Gift Cards (these are a raffle item)

  • Local restaurants, book stores, theaters, etc…

 

How to Donate:

  • Complete the online form with information about your donation.

          Write a clear, engaging description of the item or service. Include key details such as its features and any unique aspects. Take a picture
of the item, if possible, and upload it.

  • Prepare the Donation – Goods should be clean and ready for transport. For Services and Experiences: Prepare a certificate or voucher. Make sure contact information is on the certificate with information about how the winning bidder(s) redeems the item.
  • Arrange Drop-off as needed – Items selected for the Live Auction will be dropped off at the church prior to the auction. Ericka will be in touch. All other items will be arranged with the winning bidder at the end of the online auction.


We’d like to have all donations submitted online by Sunday, October 25th.
