Auction Donations

DONATE ITEMS TO THE 2024 AUCTION!

Your support is vital to the success of our event.

We are seeking donations having broad appeal with a minimum value of $20.

  1. Goods – These are tangible, physical objects. g., Food, collectibles, memorabilia, art, home décor, pottery, candles, woodwork. Ensure the items are in good condition.
  2. Services – These are donations of time. If you have a skill or talent, consider donating a service such as a music lesson, photography session (family portraits), cooking class, computer tutoring, gardening, sports lesson, hiking/biking trip, dance lesson, language lesson, drawing/art or craft lesson, babysitting, pet sitting, kayak/canoe lesson.
  3. Experiences – These are fun activities for a group. g., tour group, tickets to entertainment event, gaming experience, hosted dinner party (or brunch), cooking class, art class, axe throwing, escape room, scavenger hunt, trivia night, game night, bowling, laser tag, camping, watersport adventure (kayak, canoe, motorboat), hiking adventure… get creative!
  4. Gift cards/certificates – Restaurants, spas, museums, ski resorts, theater, entertainment venues, etc.

To ensure our auction is a standout success and attracts enthusiastic bidders, we’ve compiled a Wish List of the most sought-after items. Review the Wish List for more ideas.

How to Donate:

  • Complete the online form with information about your donation.

Write a clear, engaging description of the item or service. Include key details such as its features and any unique aspects. Take a picture of the item if possible and upload it.

  • Prepare the Donation – Goods should be clean and ready for transport. For Services and Experiences: Prepare a certificate or voucher. Make sure contact information is on the certificate with information about how the winning bidder(s) redeems the item.
  • Arrange Drop-off as needed – Contact Ericka at uucnoffice@uunashua.org to arrange the drop-off at the UU church, at the In-Person Auction, or with the winning bidder.
